Frequently Asked Questions

How does AI content generation work?

We use OpenAI's GPT models to generate content based on your app details, brand voice, and target audience. The AI creates platform-specific posts optimized for engagement.

Can I edit posts before they go live?

Yes! Enable "Require approval for all posts" in your app settings. All generated posts will be in Pending status until you approve them.

What is the difference between Evergreen and Trending modes?

Evergreen mode generates posts in advance for consistent scheduling. Trending mode generates content just-in-time (a few hours before posting) to capture current events and trends.

How do I disconnect a social account?

Go to your app's Social Accounts tab and click the "Disconnect" button next to the account you want to remove. Scheduled posts for that account will remain in the queue but won't be posted.

Can I post to multiple apps at once?

Yes! Each app can have its own social accounts and posting schedule. The number of apps you can manage depends on your subscription tier.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier (1 app, 5 posts/day). Your data is retained for 30 days.
